· HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES
ORENBURG Russia; 1997-1998; initially under contract to Maloney Industries, Falcon EDF Ltd. was commissioned to design the interconnecting piping design and skid installation for a 10, 000 bbl/d sour oil battery process skids included: compression, separation gas J/T plant, product storage. Following Maloney’s departure from the project, Halliburton Energy Services expanded Falcon’s scope of work to include the overall design, supply and construction assistance, as-built drawings and start up co-ordination. As a result, Falcon EDF Ltd. commissioned a number of its staff to the site during the construction phase and played a key role during commissioning and start-up of the battery during the summer of 1999.
